Future Dress

The clothing of the far tomorrow

All sci-fi aside, you ever wonder how people will follow trends? Yes, what styles will be popular then is a big question. John Titor said people have clothes with lots of pockets.

In jumps to the future you may see some real odd stuff. Me telling you what it is like may amuse you, but it will not prepare you for the shock of the distant days that lie ahead. What you will see is way beyond bizarre.

One thing that took my breath away is how beautiful women are in the future, they all look like perfect people. Nobody is deformed, overweight, or plain ugly.

Also, and this is important, everybody is blonde with a Nordic look. The present diversity of today is no more. People are pale to the point of pallor. They are thin to the point of anorexia.

We take for granted that what we see today will always be, and yet look at cars - they constantly change. The look of the 20's (black Model T Ford) was old fashioned in the 30's. Each decade had its look.

But with people in the future, the look is that women of the far future make the actresses of today look ugly. These future women make today's super models look like dogs. Genetic engineering has made people a lot taller and smarter.

The future of fashion is more than futuristic clothes, it embodies the mindset of the time. Women today cannot be forced to endure the primitive burka mentality of yesterday, much more in the days to come.

People now cannot imagine the future any more than a Victorian Gentleman could imagine a bikini. The whole mindset of the future is so altered. We would not be able to understand the people of the future because they do not value money or power. These are meaningless in the future.

There is no money and the concept of one man lording his authority over others is considered infantile.

Yet, the mode of dress in the future is so different. No more blue jeans and a T-shirt. Clothes seem to be made of some kind of synthetic material. A person told me that it appears black shiny and seamless, as if it had been evaporated rather than sewn.

No doubt the clothes of the future are generated using a technology we cannot even imagine.
