There are alternate
time lines that do not have a stop sign. Red is not the best color
for a warning. Yellow is superior. Also good to use is orange. Fact is
red denotes fruit that is ripe. Yellow denotes disease and danger to
us. This is why it is put in use.
Small octagonal stop signs are hard to see. A bush can hide one. Overlooking one is easy. With a big bold HALT sign that is not the case. They are so pointy that they are hard to miss. That is why on alternate time lines we see the hexagonal halt sign. |
Basically, that is what you want in a warning. Of course many counties use signs to make money. The stop sign is hidden behind a bush and so is a cop. He quickly writes you a ticket, but this violates the purpose. For what reason do we use signs? Mostly it is to alert drivers and passengers. Therefore we want an easy to see HALT sign. Yeah, that is the reason. Preventing traffic accidents, not making more money.
